[ii, blank], [xviii], [1]-[564], [1, blank], [1, signed limitation page], [2, blank] pp. Publisher’s quarter black leather over patterned boards, spine lettered and decoratively stamped in gilt, top edge partially stained gray. Very slight rubbing to top and bottom of spine, still a fine copy. With original slipcase. Slipcase has slight bump to top corner, but is still solid.
