This copy bound in two octavo volumes. xiv, [1]-320; [321]-625, [1, blank] pp. With forty plates inserted throughout, including vignette title-page and frontispiece. This set has an inserted second title-page at the front of volume II, not called for. No half-title, as issued. Complete. Contemporary half tan calf over marbled boards, spine ruled and tooled in gilt, black and red morocco gilt lettering labels, all edges marbled, marbled endpapers. Some rubbing to binding, gilt in spine a bit dull, some foxing in plates. Still, a near fine copy.
