Quarto. 602 pp. Publisher's quarter black Italian cotton over light gray paper sides, spine printed in sea-green ink and lettered in gilt, covers printed in sea-green ink with an overall pattern of freehand rectangles, top edge stained light blue. A fine copy with original dustjacket and slipcase. Spine of jacket is tanned, else fine. Slipcase is very faintly soiled, but still near fine.
