With 47 color plates and 37 half-tone plates. Each volume with original full green ribbed cloth, spine and front cover lettered in gilt, front cover decoration stamped in gilt, patterned endpapers. Some wear and light soiling to extremities, small tear to spine of Volume II, front hinge of Volume I starting but still solid, faint soiling and small tears to a few leaves. From the library of Dale Riepe, with his ownership inscription to front flyleaf. A very good copy of this lovely work.

Report of the New York Agricultural Experiment Station for the Year 1903. This profusely illustrated volume presents luscious full color plates of many of the hundreds of apple varieties described therein.
